She is a former accomplished and successful healthcare & nurse executive who have successfully transformed organizational culture resulting in improved hospital & departmental efficiency, multiple accreditations, leadership development and other aspect of improved healthcare projects.
Eva is results oriented with a proven track record of success, leading organizations toward improved business processes, effective clinical operations, patient care services, quality measures,hospital operations, as well as increased bottom-line results.
Eva is a transformational leader & strategic clinical program developer, with experience working on high profile leadership and healthcare assignments. These include business development, restructuring, expansion and strategic planning. She motivates leaders & healthcare staff by fostering performance based cultures, instituting coaching/mentoring programs & emphasizing the importance of partnership as she collaborates with leaders of various industries.
Beginning as a registered nurse in her native country of Jamaica, she migrated to the U.S. and completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Florida Atlantic University. Over the years, as a result of her dedicated work and her passion for nursing, she quickly navigated her way to the top, hence becoming a nurse executive and a respected and trusted voice in her field. She has inspired, mentored and trained thousands of healthcare professionals as well as leaders. Eva is an award-winning leader, an author, an international speaker, and a certified leadership teacher and trainer with The John Maxwell Team.
Eva is the Founder of Brilliant Healthcare Training & Consulting, V&E Health & Wellness Foundation, Founder of National Nurse Empowerment Institute as well as the Co-Founder of Leaders Lead LLC. Eva specializes in empowering & developing employees and leaders to excel in their career and profession. As part of this she strives to set an example in continual self-improvement, thus currently studying to obtain a Ph.D. in Leadership and Business Administration.
She is a highly motivated individual, very active in community projects and believes that everyone was born with a unique gift that should be used to inspire as well as add value to the lives of others. Donna Cardillo, RN, CSPKeynote Speaker
Donna Cardillo, RN, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) is The Inspiration Nurse. She travels the world helping women and healthcare professionals to be happy in their lives and careers and to reach their full potential. She does that as a keynote speaker, columnist, author, and cut-up. Her accomplished career combines over 25 years of clinical, managerial and business experience, not to mention her stint as a professional singer. Donna’s clinical experience includes emergency and psychiatric nursing. Donna holds a diploma in nursing, a BS in Health Care Management and an MA in Corporate and Public Communication. She is an Expert Blogger at DoctorOz.com, the original ‘Dear Donna’ columnist at Nurse.com, and former “Healthcare Careers Expert” at Monster.com.
Donna has twice been named Business Woman of the Year in New Jersey and has also received the coveted Athena Award, a national leadership award for women. Donna was designated a Diva in Nursing by the Institute for Nursing in NJ for outstanding achievements and excellence in practice. She has also been named one of 50 Best Women in Business by NJBIZ. Donna appears regularly on television and radio, is frequently quoted in newspapers and magazines and has published numerous articles. Donna has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show and the Today show and has been featured in the Los Angeles Times on several occasions.

Donna is a founding member and past president of both the New Jersey chapters of both the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She holds the coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the highest earned international recognition for professional speakers. This makes her one of only 10% of all speakers to hold this designation and one of only 20 nurses in the world with this credential.
Donna is a volunteer lecturer and facilitator for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. When she is at her home base in Sea Girt, NJ, she serves as a local spokesperson for family caregivers.

Anne is a healthcare leader with over 40 years of experience as a critical care nurse, case manager, professional patient advocate, educator, editor in chief and most recently a patient. Anne speaks nationally and internationally on leadership, case management, patient advocacy and care coordination.

Dr. Shushanne Wynter-Minott
Dr. Shushanne Wynter-Minott is a nursing leader and an advance practice nurse with approximately 20 years nursing experience and has worked in many nursing capacities in Jamaica, United Kingdom, U.S. Virgin Islands and the USA. She is a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. She is an adjunct clinical faculty for Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice students at Barry University. She is actively involved in many professional organizations, a scholar of Florida Atlantic University and has received an outstanding clinical achievement award at Barry University. Dr. Wynter-Minott’s life is centered on her motto, “Let your light so shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven”.
