The Mission of National Nurse Empowerment & Leadership Institute is to serve, empower, impact and equip nurses, nurse leaders, and nursing students to elevate, advance and evolve in their career so that they can continue to change and save lives whether directly or indirectly at any stage in their career.
We designed The Annual Nurse Empowerment & Leadership Conference where nurses from all over the country as well as the Caribbean can come together to learn and grow from each other by using the Nurse Empowerment Platform to share their unique stories of hope, inspiration and empowerment. This Non-Traditional Conference Style has given nurses of all levels & specialties an outlet to be INNOVATIVE and COLLABORATIVE.
The Nurse Empowerment Organization hosts a bi-annual Meet & Greet where nurses come together for networking & education. Our Role as Nurses has become extremely diversified in recent years. It has broadened and expanded significantly at the bedside as well as to various leadership roles and entrepreneurship. The Nurse Empowerment & Leadership continues to inspire a new generation of Nurse Leaders who are brilliantly making that Leader-Shift to be more creative. We are inviting you to become a member of this great organization where you will continue to be empowered.
