1. What’s the pay rate?
This is a volunteer humanitarian mission, and travel expenses are not covered or reimbursed. However, since this initiative operates under a registered nonprofit organization, participants may be eligible to claim qualifying expenses (such as travel, lodging, and supplies) as charitable deductions when filing their taxes.

Volunteers are encouraged to retain all receipts and documentation for their personal records and consult with a tax professional for guidance.

2. What hotel am I staying at?
Accommodation details are being coordinated with the Ministry of Health in Jamaica. Once arrangements are finalized, we will share the approved lodging information. Accommodations will be safe and modest, consistent
with the nature of relief work in developing areas.

3. Am I going with a group?
Every effort will be made for volunteers to work and travel together as a coordinated team to ensure safety.

4. Will I be reimbursed for my airline ticket?
At this time, we do not have funds available to reimburse travel costs. Each volunteer will need to cover their own airfare and personal expenses. We are seeking contributions and sponsorships, and if funds become available, we will communicate any updates immediately.

5. What’s in it for me?
This mission is about service, solidarity, and compassion. Volunteers will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of others, gain invaluable international humanitarian experience, and be part of a historic effort to rebuild hope in communities devastated by the hurricane.
